Download my data or delete my account

Download my data (Account → Download my data) gives you a file with your profile, preferences, consent history and the information held by each part of Shubh Bazaar - only your own data, never anyone else's.

Delete my account takes two taps and needs no call to support. If you have bookings that are still active, a payout or dispute in progress, or a business you own, we tell you exactly what blocks it; once those are settled you can delete.

When you delete, we erase your marketplace profile, contact details, messages and shortlists. Your Shubh Muhrat sign-in itself is not deleted. Records we must keep by law - payments, contracts and tax invoices - stay, with your personal details minimised.
