What Verified, Assured and the other badges mean

Badges are computed from facts, not bought.

• Verified - the owner's ID, business proof, address, three references and original portfolio were checked and approved by our team.
• Quick Responder - answered at least 90% of leads within 24 hours over the last 30 days (minimum 5 leads).
• Top Rated - an average of 4.5 or more from at least 10 reviews of completed bookings.
• Shubh Assured - Verified, accepts protected payments, has a signed backup-vendor policy and at most one vendor cancellation in 12 months.
• Founding Vendor - joined in the launch group.
• New - listed for less than 60 days.

A vendor who is not yet verified is still listed, clearly marked Unverified, and ranks below verified vendors with an equal score.
