What does it cost?
Listing is free. You pay only to accept a lead (from your plan's quota or credits) and a commission on bookings made through us.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel any time.
How does verification work?
Five steps: owner identity, business proof, address, three references and original work. Our team reviews it.
When do I get paid?
Each stage the family pays is held safely and released to you on schedule, usually two working days after it is due.
Are leads shared with many vendors?
A family can ask at most five vendors of a category at a time, and you decide whether to accept.
What if a lead never replies?
If you used credits and the family sends no message within 7 days, the credits come back automatically.
